Ballet Warm-up with SDSD
The wonderful Susan Diane School of Dance are back for the new term running virtual classes, and Principal Maria Payne has kindly sent us a special video as part of our #LiveCreativelyQPAC campaign. I am Maria the Principal of SDSD which hold their classes at the Queens Park Arts Centre. We have just completed our first week of online classes keeping the students of SDSD moving. Here is a Gentle Ballet Warm up that you can use to loosen up and get yourself moving. REMEMBER we are all different so just do what your body feels comfortable doing."
